Congratulations to Brayden and Jeremy, our first students of the month!

Homework went home in backpacks on Thursday. Please help check your child's folder on Thursdays and remove everything from it. Student work and info flyers stay home. Homework is due every Thursday.

Yay for breakfast! We are starting serving breakfast on Monday. Please note that ordering both breakfast and lunch happens the day before by 3pm in class. After that the form is submitted to the office. Therefore, I am not in position to make changes to the breakfast and lunch count after 3pm. You may call the office and give that a try.



Sickness alert!
Stomach flu and strep throat are making their first round. Please keep your child home if s/he is sick.

Computer use
We will be starting computer work this week. The children will be using the following programs:
Istation reading
Istation math
Lexia (reading)
Keyboarding Without Tears
I will be posting info on how to access the programs at home.

Each child will use their own headphones to avoid issues with germs and lice. Please make sure you provide your child with a working set.
We are also looking for an over-the-door shoe organizer with pockets to store our headphones.
If your child is most comfortable using a computer mouse (vs. a touchpad) for navigating the keyboard on a chromebook, please send a computer mouse with them.
