There is more snow coming! Please follow the school closure announcements!

January 30, 2:30pm (multipurpose room): Students of the Month
In January we honor Oliver Montez Pacheco and Skyler Patricia Cross-Phillips. Congratulations to these outstanding learners!
Yoga club resumed Tuesdays 3:45-4:30
Tutoring continues on Wednesdays 3:45-4:30
Homework goes home every Thursday and due back the following Thursday.
Please keep up with daily reading time for your kiddo. (If you are out of reading logs, you can find one by the class door.)
Some kiddos need to replace their headphones and extra clothes. Please check in with your child.

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES are coming up beginning February 3. Please keep an eye out for a email with an invitation to sign up via Sign Up Genius. Thank you for your support!
Please note that there will be NO tutoring on February 4th and February 11th because of parent-teacher conferences.

VALENTINE’S PREVIEW
There is lots of lovely excitement building up about Valentine’s Day!
I only have one guideline about Valentines:  no candy please, as requested by several first grade families. Please do not include any candy in your Valentines. However, feel free to send other treats (fruit, raisins, yogurt, cupcakes, ice cream etc.).  Thank you for your support!
Any Valentine trimmings (fabric, paper, lace, ric-rac, doilies, etc.) you send will be  used  in the creation of our Valentine Kindness Boxes.

Please consider including a Valentine for Miss Wally and Miss Susan. They pour their heart and soul into caring for the children every day.

Thank you to third graders presenting about
awesome TISA behavior!

Eli, excited to tell us about his Disney Cruise!

Ring in the New Year!

We are ringing in the New Year with ambitious dreams (such as reading without sounding out), starry-eyed wishes (such as getting a cheetah), mindfulness activities (breathing in the full moon), fun learning challenges (chop and draw a sentence) and addictive crafts (finger-knitting).
